ABS help needed...

one year ago when i added my Sdori BJ spacers and ome springs and shocks my rear abs was malfunctioning. when you would apply the brake the pedal would "pulsate" continuosly until released. my question is why. i understand that there is a valve above the rear axle that has a link to the axle that controls the fluid flow to the rear brakes. after the lift i fabbed a 2 inch piece to accomodate for the change in the valve angle. however, it continued to pulsate, so i removed the abs fuse and the problem went away. No Abs at the time wasn't a big deal. However I now have a house in the mountains(steep inclines, and declines) and the abs would certainly help. my brakes have locked on me twice in the last two months up there.

any ideas on how to fix this?
anyoneelse had the same problem?

as always all help is greatly appreciated!
