ABS fuse question

Hey yotatech. So I got one of those auxbeam knock off switchpros, and when installing it I noticed I have a fuse for “rear antilock” according to the panel cover. My FSM book says that space should be empty, and I don’t have any kind of abs on my runner. Any idea what that fuse could be for? It’s being used. Gets power and I see wires coming out of the back of the block for it. It’s a 15A fuse. Iirc it’s constant 12v but I can double check if needed. Also noticed for some reason turn signal and stop fuses were 30a instead of 10 and 15a which was strange. I’ve never actually looked at that panel very hard and I’ve owned the thing for over a decade. Those were swapped back to what the FSM called for.

it’s a 1990 4Runner sr5, 4wd, manual trans, 22re.
