There's a maintenance section in the FSM that covers all the sensors to check and resistance readings for air and spark.

Your distributor has sensors that tell the ECU where the engine's mechanical parts are. If those are off/not reading, it'll effect performance too.

Recognizing that you have issues at idle, it shouldn't be the 02 sensor due to closed vs open loop...

Have you done all the standard engine cleaning too? Fuel cleaner, seafoam, throttle cleaner, amsoil foam, etc?

Ensured there's no vacuum leaks as well?
