A340H Transfer Case Oil Cooler

Does anyone know where I can get an aftermarket or OEM Transfer Case Cooler for my 93 Runner? I was just going to replace the union bolt seals, but the fins are pretty beat up and just figured I'd replace the whole thing. I'd also replace the lines too. Can I just use oil cooler hose and hose clamps? or do I need to get the hoses re-done like they are from the factory, with the crimped metal fitting? I can post pics if you need them. They're just dripping at the lower union bolt on the cooler right now (one drip every 30 - 60 seconds). Hopefully it'll make it back home from the OBX (150 miles)

Thank you RMA

Still have one question that I'm going to extend to the rest of the board: Can the crimp fittings (circled in yellow on the pic below) be replaced with hose clamps? and can the braided hose be replaced with regular transmission oil cooler line? I figure that it would be ok myself, its just ATF flowing through the lines, and its not under enormous pressure.
