A340h trans

so today i went out to leave for a off road trip and backed out of my driveway put it in drive and nothing... wouldn't go anywhere... i checked fluid it was good, i tried in 2 and 4wd and same wont move... after reading and looking over the manual for the trans i figured its bad, clutch disk went... so does anyone know of a good place to get a rebuild kit for the trans? i don't just want to order a bs one from ebay unless i have to..

Trans

I just recently read about someone with similiar issues, search here and Pirate4x4. Look for something wrong with the electrical system. Remember the trans and t-case use solenoids. Does it work in reverse, does it still roll when in Park? Usually trans don't just quit working, slipping is usually the first symptom along with bad shifts.

Well, if you want to do it 'properly' you can, but i didn't and it runs just fine. I just tricked my park-neutral switch, which was ridiculously easy.
