A problem well-stated is a problem almost solved.
How about your headlights? Do they work?
A DIY'r should have a multi-meter? Next only to our senses, the multi-meter is the most important electrical troubleshooting tool.

I have the rear antilock warning light on the dash of my 91 4runner. In the fuse box on the driver side kick panel took the fuse out for that light. I think the fuse box cover said antilock on it for the fuse. But anyways when I pulled the fuse my tail lights didn't work either. So I put the fuse back in taillights work. Try checking ur fuses

I have looked it over and all my fuses are good, now would my park/marker lights be on the same circuit as dashboard and tail light? If so i found a short in the front marker/parklights thats on my front bumber.

You have a short and your fuse is still good? Then, maybe your wiring is fried.
How can you tell that a fuse is good just by looking? A fuse may "look" good, but may not actually be good.

Spend the $6^^^, or spend time guessing.
Yes, those are on same circuit.

the problem is probably a short in my park lights. I wiggled the wire for the passenger side park light and they turned on. Unfortunatly i had no one to look to se if my dash lights and tail lights come on. So im going to start my trouble shooting there. Thank you all for the info, feel free to keep posting could help someone else.
