95 4runner 3.0 is missing on 3 cylinders?

So I have a 95 4Runner thats missing on cylinders 1, 3, and 4. I verified this by pulling the wires from the cap while at idle, no change in idle when these are removed. There is spark because I can see and hear (and felt lol) when I pulled the wires. So this leads me to beleive no injector pulse? I'm thinking maybe the wire or connectors to those 3 injectors is loose but I can't find it. Anybody seen this before or have any suggestions? I have not done compression test or checked for power to those injectors but I'm guessing this isnt the first time this problem has occurred on these motors....

Do the compression check. I had a miss on one cylinder and it turned out to be an exhaust valve that was so tight that it couldn't close leading to 0 compression in that cylinder.

I did the comp check and all three cylinders showed no compression. It looks like the timing belt skipped a tooth on each side, so I'm gonna adjust that first and post results *fingers crossed*
