94 runner 3.0 cranks but no start

runner started with blown head gasket, fixed gasket truck ran great 2 months. then when cranking starter would stop suddenly twice and then truck would start. then would crank and not start. Changed fuel filter, dist. cap, rotor, Checked coil good primary, no secondary, changed coil,, no start. seems like it wants to in beginning of crank and end of crank. hard to believe plugs are problem. did diagnostics no codes. found water in air housing, wet at outside of throttle body cleaned and dryed. no start.
cold start valve? how to check, ignitor?

First... r u sure ur getting spark? Pull a plug, and rest it on top of the engine, then have a bud crank it, does the plug spark? Also... U said it cranks then stops suddenly? Are u sure you didnt cross any of the plug wires? Just asking cuz I have crossed a wire or 2 in the past, and when trying to start up, it would suddenly stop due to the plug firing on the compression up stroke.....

checked spark and had spark but checked coil and had no secondary signal so I changed coil. the sudden stopping of starter happened before she stopped starting. have not checked spark after coil change. manuel says ignitor suspect, hate to buy electronic that can not be returned and found no test for ignitor. fuel pressure at rail seems fine

how much water did u fine at the intake? could u have a leak that is putting water into the motor and not letting it start.? i would see if any of ur friends have a Toyota that u can pull coil and ignition and see if that is really ur problem.
