I am new this thread stuff so just please cut me a lil slack... put a new timing chain kit/ without the new cover on 22RE with new complete head and gaskets and i'm still getting antifreeze in my oil. Could it be the timing chain cover because it had grooves in it from where the old chain rubbed it. i could not find any visual signs of the block being cracked

 

where are you at with this? anymore information to pass along?

 

The cover has a water passage and it probably cut some grooves into it. A new cover runs about $50-$75. That would be my guess.
