94 Pickup Lighting Issues

Hello Everybody, I am new to the forum and have a problem with my 1994 pickup. I recently took it to have air suspension installed in it and the dash had to be removed. When I got the truck back, the illumination on the gauges and climate control panel didn't work. I have checked the fuses and they are all good. I found 2 wires that are in the general area of the gauge dimmer switch and checked them and neither of the wires were hot. The dimmer switch isnt currently installed. Also, the marker lights next to the headlights arent working. I am not sure if these are related problems or not. Does anybody have an idea of what could be causing this problem? Please Help!!!!

If my dimmer on my 91 isn't hooked up I have no power to any dash lights i'm sure it should be the same for 94. the dimmer completes the circuit so you have the ability to dim the lights. Not sure on your running lights though should be completely separate issue.

Do you know what color wires go into the dimmer switch? I have a red wire with a female connector and a purple wire with a female connector that look like they would go to the dimmer switch.

Fuse, loose connection on the back of the fuse box, a bad ground or ground not connected properly to the dash. Good luck to you.

Which fuse box do u think would be the culprit. The fuse box on the drivers side inside the cab was moved a little bit. I didn't see any ground wires that were loose or hanging down.
