Can you get an old piece of speedometer cable core up the drain and try to rod it out??

So you think the little neck from the fire wall into the plastic housing that little area is blocked also because the rubber piece leaving out of the fire wall and the aluminum piece is wide open

Even though this thread is for the 84-88, https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...trucks-286766/ virtually everything is the same for the 89-95. The dash just disassembles from the passenger side to the drivers side. Might actually be easier on the 89-95 trucks. Most likely this is your problem. Also the cowl vents let a lot of junk down to the air system.

Common sense says that it has to be plugged up somewhere.

Red face

Mine has been draining on the floor for quite some time. I just keep forgetting to fix when I have time.

it is only water .

My big feet drag more mud and water in every day it rains
