I'm stuck on ideas to get the rear door on my '94 4runner to open. I pull the handle and absolutely nothing happens. I have started to disassemble the door from the inside and have tried everything I can think to get it open. I have reviewed a lot of other posts on here and tried some of the suggestions but nothing helps.

The door is unlocked (I even removed the locking cable) and I've tried opening the door right from the inside. Neither of the cables feel loose, they just won't budge.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to get the door to open would be great.
