I have performed the adjustment transfer shift lever and the transfer position switch

Still no engagement of the tcase. Anyone have any experience with the switch itself being bad? Any way to test in, short of swapping for another?
I have yet to find my gen. 4runner in a junkyard near me, but am continuing the search..
Just trying to narrow the most likely problem down.
If i do find one, ill pull the whole tcase and swap it.

The more i read through this, I guess its gotta be that c4 clutch not engaging, or more probably a problem with the chain, since i do have 4L (torque only at rear wheels)..most likely not the switch, eh?
