94 3.0 won't start
So, I acquired this 94 4runner. When you hit the starter, it stumbles once, then no more. I loosened the bolt on the cold start injector, it squirts, so I'm thinking there's fuel pressure. Ingition timing is cold-set to the center. Under-the-hood condition looks real good, no sloppy workmanship on previous work.
I did observe two vacuum tits that have no hose on them. Experts have some imput for me?

Those 2 are normal, the one on the inner fender is is fine the way it is, just make sure the one on the throttle body is thoroughly plugged.
So every time you try to start the engine, it cranks fine and fires for a second like its almost going to start?

The only history I have is the previous owner drove it for a year, and then blew a HG. It was a self-repair, done in a shop owned by some friends who do custom cars. They seemed to have all the necessary tools, facilities, smarts to do it right. He said it drove fine after they re-did the HGs, and he parked it. After sitting a month, he went to move it and it would not start. He had already decided to sell it. So I bought it and towed it off.
Here is a wire that seems to be looking for a socket, which I cannot find, its on the passenger's side of the engine compartment. Also, I pulled a plug, its new and wet with gas, and there's a pretty good looking spark.
Any help here is appreciated.

That wire hanging over your diagnosis port in that picture is your compressor clutch connector. Find the other end of that wire which will be coming out of the main harness and plug it in if you want your A/C to have a chance at working. Good luck on getting your truck running though.

Having sat for a month and not run the injectors probably are plugged up especially if the gas went bad. Or had water in it. The cold start injector is harder to plug up.as it is larger. I am assuming the spark and ignition has been checked out.
