Super easy to take the pair out of the equation. Just disconnect the fresh air side, and then cap it off. That way all the air is going to the AFM instead of being puffed through the PAIR.

This morning I pulled the hose off the top of the resonator and capped it. No jumper, the truck started right up. It ran for about 10 minutes before it died. Still no jumper, resonator capped, started right back up again, runs for another 10 mins. Tried again, same thing. Tried again, ran, after 5 minutes I decided to pull the cap off, no change, dies after a few more minutes. Then, I started it with the cap still off and it started and ran. After idling for 5 minutes, I reconnected the PAIR hose onto the resonator. Nothing happened immediately but dies after 4 or 5 minutes.

What is keeping this from running for more than 10 minutes?

I don’t remember if this was a symptom when I would have the jumper in before. All the tries with the jumper in, I believe I intentionally would shut the truck off myself. Or maybe this problem existed all along and I never had let the truck run for more than 10 mins before?

Gremlins!

Are you revving the engine any during the time it's idling? If you are, the EGR valve could be sticking. Remove the vacuum hose to EGR, and plug or pinch it closed, and then see what happens.

If you’re asking if I hold a rev manually while it idles, no, I don’t have to be holding the throttle for it to idle.
Also nothing happens if I remove the EGR valve vacuum hose and plug it. The truck still runs for a few minutes before it dies.
Is something supposed to happen when the EGR valve vacuum hose is pulled?

Here, it ended up being the COR intermittently not working. You did hose everything down pretty good, that could wreak havoc on a relay: https://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/toyo...-issues-2.html

Here, it ended up being the ECU but many other good suggestions to test: https://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/toyo...en-dies-2.html

Ordered a DENSO COR from Rock Auto, no change. Still starts up fine, quickly dies right after.

Could it be the distributor signal generator? By jumping fuel pump or opening the vane, is the signal generator somewhat being bypassed? Does my 94 22RE even have the signal generator?

Could it be a grounding issue, poor or lack of? Where are the grounds related to the injectors or ECU?

Did you replace the gasket on the throttle body and intake? That was an issue for me when I was fixing my TPS. 22RE Performance or LCE have reusable ones

Did you remove the intake plenum from the throttle body at any point? I didn't replace my gasket and that was the issue for me. Then I moved on to fix the TPS, and fresh vacuum lines all around. Also make sure the throttle screw is set correctly, I had mine close to all the way closed, the truck would turn on then instantly die. I read somewhere that factory setting is all the way closed, then open it 3-3 1/2 turns iirc
