94 22re block question.

Hey guys I just did a pretty big rebuild which included sending my block to a machine shop to get worked. Details can be found here... https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f199...54/index2.html

Anyhow I put everything back together and it started up fine except oil started pouring out of the bell housing within a few seconds. I expected that the rear main didn't seat right but when I took it apart it looked fine. Looking around I found something weird though...

I think something is suppose to go here. I'm guessing the machine shop took it off and forgot to get it back to me. My question is whats suppose to go here, just a plug or something else? BTW it is a manual trans. Thanks guys.

I do remember something being there; not just open like that. Found this.. Did you check with the machine shop yet about it? Not sure what it's called or just a plug but I know somethings supposed to go there.

Yup there it is... I got it off at 8pm tonight so I haven't got a chance to go back to the machine shop. If he lost it (chances are good) then where would one find something like this?

I know theres more than one of those plugs but really can't remember where they all are. So hopefully that's the only plug missing haha but this should help. From what it says I think you need the "large" one.
