93 4runner. question about new suspension. need advice

I have a 93 4runnner 4x4. Its gonna need new shocks soon. I want to put old man emu shocks and springs on. Is it possible to just put the shocks and springs on and not something like new torsion bars or ball joint extensions? Will my stock torsion bars need to be cranked up? I ask because i need to save money and if i don't have to put anything extra on it would help. Also, i don't have the knowledge or the tools to install the suspension myself, so if i took the suspension into a shop to be installed and my torsion bars did need to cranked up, would most mechanics know how much to crank them and what not?

You can have the coils and shocks put on without touching the torsion bars or installing ball joint ext. Your truck will have a raked look to it. Personally, I like that look. I would not trust the average mech to know how much to crank the torsion bars to the proper level plus you would have to pay for an alignment in addition to the install. I would go with the spacers if you want the level look.
