93 2wd v6 auto tranny /4wd conversion?
i have a project comming up this winter,im looking at different options for converting my 93 2wd v6 auto ext cab into sas swap 4x4.
i have a 81 4x4 parts truck that drives,complete driveline is there.
id like to run the 3vze with auto tranny,instead of swapping in the 22r carb engine and gage cluster/4 speed manual tranny.

does anyone know if the tail end of my 2wd auto v6 tranny has a removable nose cone....if so....can it be replaced with the v6 tranny adapter plate that allows me to run my 81 t case on the v6 auto tranny.
converting the 2wd auto to a 4x4 auto.
id crawl under there and look....but im stuck offshore for about 1 mth.
just want to gather as much info as i can,before i start sourcing parts i dont need.

maybe im just beating a dead horse here........but figured id get lucky.

Think you need a 4WD tranny. Just a guess.
