i opted for the triple row titanium chain from Ted....a little more pricey at $500 for the chain alone but it's about 4 ounces lighter than the OEM and stronger. I also opted to go without the guides, since guide breakage leads to alot of problems, so in turn, i have eliminated any future headaches.

Hmmm....

Did you order yourself a left-handed socket wrench to install it?

Ok....so here we are.

not sure when to expect my stuff, I'm gonna assume Friday while I'm at work...that would be about right for my life......

as far as what to next......I'm going to clean the bottom of the block so that the pan can be installed relatively soon after I get my FIPG.....the throw that cooling hose on and the I should be able to get the power steering pump back on and all the bracketing that goes with it.

ROGERMAN has me worried about getting that pan back on....I just think my diff must have moved alot more than his, so I'm hoping it's a non-issue......we will see.

after the front and the pan are done, I will move over to the exhaust side and button that all up.....after that all i will have to concentrate on is the intake side.....and then the rest is gravy...I hope.

gotta get me feeler gauges so i can do a cursory valve adjustment cold since I loosened the hell out of all of them. not looking forward to doing it hot either, but I know it must be done.

and blah-blah-blah....................pffft

why not just do the SR5 cluster swap, for a cleaner look?
