92 pickup parking light question

Hey all, question on our parking lights. Should the amber lights on the front bumper and in the taillights illuminate when I turn on the parking lights? Mine don't function as parking lights, but both function perfectly as turn signals. The front corner lights outboard of the headlights never illuminate, no matter what I do. All bulbs and fuses have been checked and are good. EVERY other light and electrical component in the truck functions properly. It has an aftermarket head unit which is installed properly, and it has never had a hitch kit installed, so there is no current botched-wiring issue. I also know that the circuit the parking lights are on has other items on it that are working just fine. I'm stumped here and since it was this way when I bought it, I don't even know exactly when these lights should illuminate; for all I know, this is correct. Any input is appreciated! Have a great weekend! Chris

The running light/parking lights are part of the rear brake bulb(dual filament) and the corner/next to the headlights on the front of the fender are running lights, the lights in the front bumper are just for signals. It’s been a minute but the wiring I think dives into the harness that goes to the headlights and the signals in the bumper. Have you followed the wiring? Checked for corrosion in the plugs? I would imagine if your rear parking lights work that would tell me it’s not a fuse or relay I’m pretty sure all 4 running lights would be out if it was a source issue…

Thanks, Discombobulated! Turns out I was wrong about the bulbs. They looked good, filaments intact, but I took a shot on replacing them and sure enough, both were bad. Thanks again for your input!
