My Father has a 92 4wd 3.0 pick-up ,he has problems with his left leg and I want to see about changing over his truck to a automatic. I need to know if I have to change the ecu to do this . Also do I need to swap the diffs can anybody shed a little light on this swap. The truck has very low miles and was just painted new bumpers etc I dont want to get another truck I just want to see what needs to be changed. Thanks to all Jamie
