92 4Runner problems

so the other day i was driving down the road and hit a small bump and for a split second my 4runner shut off and all the dash lights came on. I'm trying to narrow down the possibilities of what it could be and I think it might be a fuse wire somewhere in my truck, not sure though. Anyone with a better idea please reply.

ok thanx, thats what i was also thinking because my positive clamp going to my battery is bad and doesn't clamp tight, so im going to get a new post clamp and tighten the ground wire to my fuse box

and don't use engine grease on the clamps. engine grease is an insulator- it does prevent corrosion but....
if you have to have something, use noalox or kopperkote, or most any anti-sieze compound.

also do a wiggle test on the wiring harness, if the above doesnt cure the problem
