Same problem started on mine saturday night after some ravine crawling. Got slammed around a bit in some ruts and etc and started idling at 1500... Figured it was a vac line but couldn't find anything with carb cleaner. Guessing the TPS is gone out again. CTS is cheap and easy to fix and worth trying before the TPS.

UPDATE!
So it may be the TPS after all, after adjustment and everything we did find a bad spot in it. the the throttle is held at a certain position the engine will fuel cut as hit the brakesare being pressed. at no other position will it do this.
also on my way to my buddys house to do all this the tstat stuck open! hahha greaaatt, so now i need to go order one from the dealer.
maybe all do or check the cts too at the same time i do all that.
now to save up a little extra$$$ for the tps...

here's what i did:
1. remove the throttle body.
2. remove the cover for the IACV.
3. make a tool out of a chisel to unscrew the nut that retains the valve.
- notch the center out of a 1" chisel to give it "ears" on either side so you can clear the center of the valve. if you have a better idea go for it. i couldn't find a tool to buy to accomplish the same outcome.
4. make sure you don't lose the pin when you take it apart.
5. clean everything out, but DO NOT SPRAY THE WAX in the center where the pin goes!!
6. put a little blue thread lock on the nut, screw it in all the way and back it out about 3-1/2 turns.
7. re-assemble with a new rubber gasket from the stealership.
**after all the my idle is back to about 1200 r's when i start it up (cold) and drops to 750 warm. good luck.
***also change out the rubber o rind on the idle screw on the top of the TB. it wears out and just sucks the same amount of air all the time.
