Ducimus

I'm new to 4 runners and I can't figure this out. I'm worried it's a symptom to a much larger problem. My 4runner is making a weird whine noise that seems to get louder when using the power windows. The sound persists while in any gear, or in park, but goes away in reverse. Any ideas as to cause? I took a video of it linked below. Apologies for the poor quality. Making video's isn't something I normally do.
