91 3.0 idle

91 3.0 idle

1991 toyota 4runner 3.0 4wd 5 speed. at idle the rpm goes up and down by 200 rpm. What could cause this?

I adjusted my idle speed screw all the way closed when I had this happen, fixed it. I also replaced the TPS and brake booster around the same time.
