91 3.0 help!!!!!!!!

i have a 91 4runner that had blown head gaskkets and replaced head gaskets and now i have no compression at all every thing is timed correctly take the valve cover off when on tdc and intake and exhaust valves are closed and still no compression any one have a clue whats goin on

i would make sure your timing is set right, if it is then retrace every step you took, theres something not right, if your frustrated and its not your daly driver you could step back and have a beer until your ready to tackle it .

i am checkin it with a compression tester and it is only registering a couple pounds but all is right it is set on the correct timing marks and the cams are correct but like i said no compression

Did you change the head gasket because of a compression problem? If so maybe it was your rings.

Even no rings would still register SOME compression.

Something has to be holding the valves open to register no compression.
