91 22RE Starting Issues

Ok so my re was rebuilt last summer. Its been running amaazing and stock wheels like a dream but in the last 2 months it started surging while i was driving and got to the point where it completely died while driving. It would not start for about 10 to 15 min but randomly would decide to start. Also it would randomly decide not to start at all, but if i cranked on it and kept trying it would start after about 15 -20 min. I replaced the Fuel filter, spark plugs, fuel pump, efi Relay & checked EFI fuse. Im lost on what to do. It ran great after the spark plugs and pump replacement for about 3 weeks to a month and tonight it decided to not want to start for about 20 min I tired and then it finally did. I brought it home, it started again and then when I went to leave about 10 min later it wouldnt start. I also checked to make sure its not vapor locked and loosened my gas cap because I was told it could cause it but it still wouldnt start. Im not quiet sure what else it could be or what to check. Any ideas would be great.

when its not starting, check to see if its because of no spark. Are you flooding your motor because teh cold start system is not properly working?

next time it wont start, you can put power directly to the fuel pump via the diagnostic port under the hood. Maybe your cor relay is not working or your afm is not sending the signal to pwer the cor relay that sends pwer to the fuel pump.
