90 4runner vibration squealing while driving

My 90 3.0 5spd has all of a sudden decided to give me a couple problems. First off when I'm driving and hit about 35-40 mph my steering column vibrates pretty violently. The second issue is there is a squealing/screeching noise coming from under the truck. This noise only happens when first starting off and driving slower. It also seems to make the noise when I let off the throttle. Its very intermittenent The only thing I've done recently is take the front wheels off to remove some sheet metal. I don't know if that has something to do with it or not. Any help would be much appreciated its driving me crazy lol.

Jack up the front, rotate the wheels and check for binding. Could be a number of things. Bad bearings, drive shaft. Get it up off the ground and start moving and shaking some stuff. Look at your brake rotors. Check your steering and linkage. Grease the driveline to be safe. And when you find out you need parts for your runner here in Mo. hit me up via pm and i'll get you taken care of.

U have alloy rims? When you took the front wheels off, did you clean the mating surfaces? Sometimes all it takes is a lil gunk/rust/mud in there to kep the rim from seating straight... If it rode fine before you pulled the wheels, but not so much after, thats what I would suspect...

That may be the problem I heard a pop when I put them back on like something was crushed between the wheel and hub. I just ignored it... Probably not to bright on my part... Lol
