90 4Runner Electrical issues

My son has a V6 A/t 4wd 90 4runner. I have some intermittent warning light problems. The Brake, A/T fluid temp, and Battery light are on all the time. All 3 are either on or off. He has a new battery and Alt. Voltages are good on both. I haven't read anything on the A/T fluid temp. Brake light wiring seems to be ok. (fluid is good and continuity check of float is good) EBrake switch is good. But like I said it seems to be intermittent. I do not have a CEL, I did the jumper wire to chk the ECU and it threw no codes. With the turn signals on the 3 lights will flash (dim) and just barely noticeable. Like there is a bad ground some where. But all the grounds look good. we are in the process of chking them all. I have a set of service manuals but are vague when looking for this particular problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Stu

Look at the harness above the rear axels, passenger side,There is a plastic sleeve, look for a broken wire. There is a broken ground in the harness.
