90 3.0L runner wont start! All elements are functioning!

90 3VZE 250K wont start. This truck has been great and was running perfectly then all a sudden does not start. Real cold weather here in Colorado lately. Cold Start Injector was working fine rev up to 1700 then settle down to 1100 when warm. Went to work everything good and went to start to go home and seemed like CSI did not work. Truck went to 500rpm and died. Started again but rough and almost didnt start then finally warmed and settled into approx. 1000rmp. once warm truck ran pretty good. I proactively changed the plugs and air filter and no improvement. very shortly after plugs and filter (3 hrs) the truck wont start at all. CSI seems to test okay but I get an "infinite" "open" ohm reading across the switch pins which seems wrong but truck should still start. Circuit Open Relay tests just fine and I hear it functioning at ignition. Plugs are firing... i pulled and tested. I put motor to TDC and distributor cap is on the 1 plug properly. I see gas on the plugs when I pull them out after trying to start. And I recently replaced the timing belt and had it professionally timed (within 2 yrs). I have no more options from what I can see. Would the engine just refuse to start completely if it didnt have proper fuel pressure or would it at least sputter? I get nothing at all... if i pulse the pedal it acts a little more like its gonna start but nothing to be overly happy about. Any way to know if the fuel filter is clogged without pulling? same with the pump? any suggestions would be great.... thanks

Got her running! Still not sure if my Cold Start Injector is bad.... I will find out in the morning! Must have been flooded for 7 days. Didnt know that you can hold the pedal to the floor and it shuts off fuel entirely to clear the cylinder... dont melt the starter!
