90 22RE Lost fuses

am looking for CPU fuses, Haynes and Chiltons say they should be in the driver's side fuse box??? BUT NOT~!!, Can anyone suggest another location?

Under the hood on the passenger side just behind the battery. Black box that the top comes off of.
