89 SR5 doors won't stay locked

89 SR5 doors won't stay locked
I have an 89 SR5 4x4 truck with electric door locks.
If you try to lock the doors with the inside switch or outside with the key, it locks then unlocks and will not stay in the locked position. The relay trips it back open.
Is the door control relay bad ? I removed the control unit so I could lock the doors until I have an answer.
Any suggestions; I'm guessing its the relay ? ? ? ? ?

If so, it may be something in the ignition switch that is messed up.
