can someone provide me with a '89 4runner service manual/repair manual/wtf ever

i just bought one
clutch died on the way home

Don't sigh at my blindness :p

can anyone provide me with any advice?

my clutch (throw out bearing) was making a ton of noise, and now the clutch wont disengage
