89 offset

Guys. I'm thinking of getting some rims for my truck. Does any know the offset for an 89' pickup? Is there a certain offset range that I should stay within? Thanks.

It depends on how wide of a stance you want for your truck. I prefer around a 3-3.5 inch backspace because I like the wider stance for stability. Someone might chime in with the factory backspacing, but if you want to measure it yourself, take the tire off and lay the rim face down, then place a flat edge across the diameter. Take a tape measure, and measure from the lug location to the flat edge.

The stock backspacing is 4.5 or 4.75"
I would go with a 3.75" if you like a wider stance. But with a wider stance you might run into rubbing issues
