Is it one click or is it clicking? If its one click, replace your starter contacts. Google it and you'll find write ups. Not sure about the 3vze, but its common on the 22r(e).

If its clicking, your battery may be bad (bad weather could be to blame for this). I would first clean the battery terminals and starter terminal.

1. Check battery voltage with a voltmeter before and when you are turning the key.

a. If voltage good, look at the cables/connections, then look into the starter

b. If voltage bad, try to charge/jump the battery and see if it takes a charge, if it does not, you need a battery.

Truck wont start? Or starter will not turn over.

Click click means bad starter, or bad battery. usually bad starter when you get the click click
