I don't know about a tutorial, but it isn't that hard as long as you still have a vacum on your system, and you can only use R-134a refrigerent if your truck has been converted to accept it. (well you could probably use it anyway, but it would more than likely tear something up)

Did a little more research. Found that only 134a nozzles will fit on 134a valves, and 134a is all that is really available at auto parts stores these days. So if my truck has a 134a valve installed, it has already been converted and I should be good to go to right? Would it be safe to assume that if it has this valve, the R12 has already been removed and I can now recharge safely with 134a?
