88 3.0L wont start, no fuel
i have checked for spark and i have spark, took off the air breather and have squirted gas into the manifold and it fires up,took out EFI relay and tested and it is fine.
what else can stop my fuel pump from not pumping? and how can i test my fuel pump or the wires to my fuel pump?

There are a lot of things that can affect fuel delivery. Got gas in it? Sounds stupid but it happens. Start with the simple stuff like filter. Check your fuel pressure. Online search should tell you how to do it.

On your diag box under the hood take a jumper wire and jump B+ to FP. Turn your ignition to on. Go under the hood and crack open the cold start injector. If your pump is ok then gas with gush out of the injector, if not then you know your pump is probably bad

I was testing fuses and relays to try and be sure it was the fuel pump. Then we tried the jumper the wire from B+ to FP. Now we have no spark.
I could not remove 1 fuse it is a 80a fuse.
The fuse map is wore off the fuse box under the hood so no idea what this fuse doses. If some has a pic of the fuse map that would be great.
Where should I start to look for the no spark problem?

Where is this fuse located? Under the hood or in the fuse panel behind drivers kick panel. I'm headed out to the shop with the Hayes book to look for the fuse.
Thanks for the help Roger.

well the jumper idea was something to try with the cold start valve out of the intake manifold and not actually trying to start the engine, if gas is coming out of it with the key in the on position, then your pump is working, doesn't mean that its working as well as it should though. having those two terminals jumped probably disables the ignition and thats why you have no spark.
