86 Runner Rear Window Problems

86 Runner Rear Window Problems
Inside controls and tailgate key control worked fine until I took the top off. Put the top back on, connected the plug and now neither controls work to roll up window. Doesn't make any noise or anything. Rear wiper and washer not working either. Rely gone bad? Fuse? Help! I'm getting wet.
