i wanted to, so i did.

part of a one-month, 8500-mile trip in july 2016 in my '87. spent four days in DVNP. temps ranged from 124 to 78. great test of the ability of a 30 year old rig. not a single issue during the entire trip.

I have the same Spectra premium and although they kinda have a bad rep for their cheap price and aluminum/plastic construction, it's really not a bad unit. Mine's 6 years old with 65k miles on it, still going strong.

Awesome! My coolant temp increase as we ascended one pass. I have reasons to suspect that The Truck Shop re-used the old radiator but charged me for replacement. When I have the funds, I'll look into:
1) OEM tow rated,
2) 3-Row CSF
3) V6 3.0 Radiator that's supposed to be drop-in to a 22RE.

Also ordered a 1" BL from 4crawler with a radiator drop bracket to level everything out.
