86 4runner Intermitent CEL Help No Stored Codes

Hey guys, New to me 86 4Runner has been sitting a bit before I got her but was very well takin care of. She was running a lil rough and stalling comming up to redlights with the a/c on but ran some Marvel thru with some premium and cleared that right up but am still getting a CEL when at a stop light at a extended period of time and if I give it a lil rev it will go away. When I check the stored codes later it always come back clean. I am thinkin maby a 02 sensor as there somtimes is a lil hesitation from a dead stop the clears right up so ordered one and should come in tomorow but just wanted to hear what you guys might think. Thanks

My bet 02 sensor. Mine did that after an LCE header if you stayed at constant speed over extended period. Ran fine though.

Ya I think so too. I broke a dam stud taking the old o2 out so im looking at either pullin tha manifold and drillin an tappin or I might just order a pacesetter from summit and welding the bung in. I know I know the plan was to get a thorly or LCE once i get working but im a lil short on cash and was having to replace most of the exhaust anyway before the trip so I may just go that route and get the thorly later and just fit it to the new system.

I noticed the thorlys have the o2 on a single cylinder is this ok to do with a pace setter? They do have one set with the o2 after the collecter and it says it will work with my truck but dont the single wire o2s have to be within so much distance to the head for the heat?

Funny thing is I just bolted the old o2 back on with one nut for now and its leakin like hell but the CEL did not come on the whole ride back home and I got stuck on like every stop light. Also even with the leak it seemed a lil more responsive as well so I guess that does pretty much confirm the o2 issue

Edit I do see the auto version 70-1188 does have a bung on one primary so I guess that would work with the 70-1187?
