Im 6' 4" 235 and I fit fine. I mean there's not alot of room but im not struggling to be comfortable. I think a reg cab would be fine. However, If I could find an extra cab I wold not pass it up.

^yea ive been looking for a xcab but so far all ive found is a one owner 87 4x4 single cab 5speed with 270k miles (all new clutch and such).
