i have a 92 runner the 3.0 was way to slow so i PLANNED to swap it with the 3.4 but i was eyeing a 93 FORD THUNDERBIRD 5.0 and now i have puchased the whole car and need some pointers, advice or anything to help me get the runner back on i mean in the mud again

 

Downey has a nice engine swap guide they'll send you free for the asking that has a lot of great info in it.

Most of the adapters they sell though are made by Advanced Adapters.
