Hey guys my 4wd was working great until recently when it took a second of revving to convince the ADD to lock and now it does not work at all. The transfer case and tranny work great but the ADD isn't working properly. I bypassed the switches and everything by running a single vacuum line to the locking side of the actuator and putting a cap on the un-locking side so it will stay locked. I thought this would solve my problem but it still does not work. I'm going to tear the actuator off tomorrow and clean it out in case it is clogged. Any other tips or suggestions of why it may not be working?

Are you sure you have vacuum at the end of the hose you're using? If so, I'd almost guarantee the fork is stuck and not allowing the sleeve to move.
