4.10 Gears & 35x.12.5?

4.10 Gears & 35x.12.5?
Currently running 4.10 gears and 33x12.5 on my LC/BJ lift but the 33's are looking a little small...lol...just curious if I'm going to feel a huge difference upgrading to 35x12.5 with my set up. I know its going to a bit slower compared to my set up now and I do plan on running either a 1-2" body lift as well, so fitment shouldn't be a problem. Just curious if anyone has any experience with 4.10 gears and 35x12.5 tires, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Its not gonna be that big of a change.
i ran 35s with 410s for a long time.
The worst part is 4lo is the only 4wd worth using, and thats still not low enough.
You'll feel it but not that bad.

Now is that when you're on a trail? How about driving through snow? 4hi?

Like he says, but with the V6 even less of a difference. In my experience. And say good bye to 4H and 5th gear, except in 4L maybe.
EDIT: Then you said the "magic" word. Snow. 35's make a pretty big difference there, for the BETTER. Taller is always better in the snow. Again, in my experience.

You'll lug it in 4hi all day, i never ever used 4hi.
I would hit 5th on flat or going down hill.
wasnt any balls to it though, just a cruising gear.
i used 4hi for like in the city snow.
but nothing deeper than a few inches.

22RE and auto here...lol...I don't find it bad with the 33's, a lot of the guys here made it out to seem it was going to be horrible.

Still, 4L isn't as low as the V6 and a manual though. How are you imagining that you can get away with 35's with that setup???

What would you suggest what kind of gears I should get for the 35's?

if you want 35's run them and see what you think. I am running 35's on a V6 auto with 4.56's right now and it is still decent around town. it doesn't like O/D but it isn't a highway truck.
I'm going with 5.29's here pretty soon for fuel economy reasons.

ive got 5.20's and 35's, however my old 88 was turning 36 in swampers with 4.10's slow as hell but moved around ok. if your always on flat terrain for daily driving i wouldnt worry too much about itm but if ya got hills youll hate it

Re-gear it once to 5.29's or 5.71's and be done with it.
Put a locker in it while you're at it.
22re, 5 speed, 4.88's and 33's is sooo nice, way better than 4.56's and 33's on the same rig.
On the trail, I couldn't use 4Hi with the 4.56's, it would just lug.
So you'd never see the likes of 4Hi, ever.
Re-gear and locker, two best upgrades possible.

I have 33x12.5x15 on my rig, 22re, 4.10, man. 5th is useless and I travel around town in 3rd. In 4Lo 5th it goes 10mph (35)faster than with the correct tires & wheels. Not recommended at all, unless you got a 350cid.

i got 5.29s for my 83 @ 4wheel parts of the G2 variety.
Made by yukon and have a life time warranty.
for about 240 shipped, with minor install kits, but i think they were on sale,
for ring and pinion for ifs and an 8 in rear right now is just under 300 for the both

IME, 33's or 35's with 4.10:1 gears is pretty sluggish if you've ever diriven the same with 5.29's, for example...but as far as the DIFFERENCE between 33's and 35's, you're only changing the working radius ~1", so it will probably not be really noticable to you.
