My battery seems to charge fine but I may get it checked anyway. I've noticed I can wiggle the wire harness that runs along the driver side valve cover and the truck will die so I think it's gonna be a wiring or electrical problem

 

Is that the wire that goes to the fuel injectors?

 

I'm sure it's in there, it's a whole bundle of wires probably around 20 wires. But when I wiggle the wires it shuts off like the key is turned off it doesn't sputter or anything

 

I had a similar issue, one of my wires was pinched when the Intake was removed and replaced causing a break in the wire. This would not allow the signal to get to the igniter and thus my truck would turn over but not start as there was no spark... Your issue is eeriely similar to mine. You definately have a break in the wire.

The only way to get a good look at them is to take off the intake manifold so you can get the bundle of wires and inspect them one by one.
