I believe redline for the 3vze is 5750. Peak HP is 4800, peak torque is 3400.

Something to think about when pulling out to pass. Only got 150 ponies at the best of times!

Nothing wrong with cruising at 3000 or above.

My 4runner goes 110km/h at 3000rpm with 31s, not sure of my gear ratio, but the fastest ive ever had it was at 170km/h. Needless to say it wasnt safe at those speeds hahaha but she did it

With 4.56 gear set, what you need is bigger tires if you want to lower your RPMs, however you can expect a lot of shifting between OD and 4 if your lower your RPMs too much more.
The tires pictured in your album, are they the 33 x 12.50 mentioned in your sig?. I have 4.88's v-6 at and 31.0 x 10.50 came with vehicle from the factory. I 'm thinking about 33x 10.50's someday. Thanks

I've come to realize that my dad put a smaller sized tire on it. We haven't recalibrated the speedometer and it reads seventy at three thousand. I assume that means that if it had the right size tire it would be going that speed?

Correct. If he put smaller tires on, then you are not going as fast as your speedometer says you are.
