3VZE chugging, not leveling out on idle.
I am working through an engine swap right now and I am trying to get the new engine to work properly in the truck.
Right now I can get it to start. But it barely keeps itself alive. If I bump the distributor in either direction it just stalls itself out. It also seems as though any time I come close to getting it to idle like a normal engine it just cuts out a few seconds later.
I am at a loss of what is wrong, or what to do. It is getting spark to all plugs. Its getting fuel as far as I can tell. Air isn't a problem. Only thing I haven't checked is compression. But the compression was good when it came out of the other truck (Got it from a junk yard)

Try replacing the fuel filter and make sure your getting fuel to the engine, also check the TPS to see if its properly adjusted. Are you sure that the wiring is hooked up properly ?.

Turns out I am a moron. Got it running last night. Turns out the number 6 plug wasn't hooked up at all, and the #6 wire was running the #4 plug.
