i have a 95 4runner with an auto trans and would like to make it a 5 speed... i was just wondering what parts i would need for that

you will need:

-transmission
-shifter kit
-rear drive shaft
-ecu (or you can hot wire and make it work)
-bell housing
-cross member
-complete clutch assembly (clutch, fork, slave and master cylinders, hard lines, etc)
-pilot bearing, flywheel
-pedal assembly
-shift boot and interior trim
