Air Filter......42333 is what I got. It does not mention a brand, I just assumed it is Amsoil since its Amsoil's site?

Have you tried contacting the manufacturers?

good point. i'll do that and post results here. funny how the internet can "train" you to search and search but never do the obvious and just ask someone the question sometimes...

after all the bashing on here about what filter is better i don't think i am going to run any filter...just kidding...right now i am running a k&n and loving it...

my dad got a k&n for his 05 tahoe and then went back to the stock filter for better mpg's. although he did get better power(possible just throttle responce, but i am going off of what he told me) with the k&n

"Thank you for contacting AMSOIL with your concerns.

In response to your inquiry, AMSOIL no longer manufactures and sells the TS style filters. Thank you again for the opportunity to respond to your concerns. As always, please feel free to contact us again if we can be of further assistance.

Sincerely,
AMSOIL Technical Service"

.....so, mystery solved. no luck. K&N or WIX is the choice, i guess.
