3vz-e people what is this plug for?
Hey yall
I was changin my oil and noticed this wire not going to anything. I looked around on the internet and my chiltons manual, but all I got is that it could be the plug for the ADD which would make sense since I have manual hubs I guess, or some option for 3vz-e engines I didn't get.
The engine wire harness crosses the engine from the passenger side to the drivers side, goes through a bracket behind the alternator, and splits into two. One going to what, I guess, is the oil pressure sensor device next to the oil filter, and the other going to what I have in my hand in the picture. Anybody know what it is?

It looks like my Brake Fluid Sensor Plug. Does your brake fluid cap have wires and a plug coming out if the middle of it? And is it plugged in?
Just a wild guess.

No, I just went and checked.
I forgot to mention, that the plug I have pictured has a wire cap on the end of it, so you can't plug anything in with the cap on. Also, it doesn't affect how my engine runs at all.
